 (I had forgotten this until today) I had heard of people professing that used coffee grounds could be used as a filler (mulch) around shrubs. I had my doubts about this, but I tried it around three of my healthy shrubs as an experiment.

WITHIN ONE WEEK THEY ALL DIED!  Just thought I'd share the results...   Think about it when you get your next cup of fresh coffee!
